Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 peeled ripe banana
- 1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts
- 2 or 3 pitted medjool dates
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 inch knob of fresh ginger
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender stainless steel jug, and process until smooth and creamy. Serve warm.
