Hip Exercises and Stretches
FIGURE 4 STRETCH:
HIP FLEXOR STRETCH:
Side lying with hip and knee bent at right angle. Lift knee up toward ceiling. Open and close knee.
MODIFIED CLAMSHELL: Hip and knee bent at right angle. Lift knee and ankle of top leg up toward the ceiling.
Bend knees at right angle, and hips at right angle keeping ankles apart.
Lift top knee to ceiling, then drop knee toward bottom knee (ankles still apart).
