IT BAND:

QUADS:

CLAMSHELL:

Side lying with hip and knee bent at right angle. Lift knee up toward ceiling. Open and close knee.

MODIFIED CLAMSHELL:

Hip and knee bent at right angle. Lift knee and ankle of top leg up toward the ceiling.

HIP ROTATION:

Bend knees at right angle, and hips at right angle keeping ankles apart.
Lift top knee to ceiling, then drop knee toward bottom knee (ankles still apart).
